The mouthfeel is somewhat light, which might not satisfy those looking for a more robust beer experience.

One thing that stands out about Brulo is their commitment to crafting alcohol-free beers that prioritize flavor. Founded by James Brown in Edinburgh, Brulo was born from his quest to create enjoyable non-alcoholic options that he would want to drink again. They take pride in brewing their beers alcohol-free from the start, which sets them apart from many others that dealcoholize their products post-fermentation.

Sabro Galaxy is described as ‘Sunshine in a can’ and I can see why; it is indeed a refreshing choice for warm days or casual gatherings. It’s vegan-friendly, making it a suitable option for a wider range of drinkers. However, the lack of complexity in the flavor profile might leave some drinkers wanting more, especially those accustomed to traditional IPAs.

In terms of pairing, this beer would go well with spicy dishes, seafood, or even a summer barbecue, complementing the tropical notes nicely. I appreciate Brulo’s innovative approach to brewing non-alcoholic beers, but I hoped for a bit more depth in this offering.
