This non-alcoholic cloudy lemon lager is produced by Nirvana Brewery. I’ve reviewed three drinks of theirs in the past including a lager, stout and hoppy ale so when I came across this lemon beer I was pretty excited.
Just as a reminder Nirvana Brewery is one of the UKs first dedicated no/low breweries and since their inception have produced seven different beer including this non-alcoholic lemon beer I tried today.
This particular non-alcoholic beer is perfect for summer and has radler-eque vibes to it. Nirvana Brewery has combined a classic Bavarian beer with lemonade and natural lemon juice to produce a refreshing, bittersweet drink. Their beers are made with 100% natural ingredients with no artificial sweeteners and once the alcohol is removed the ABV is just 0.2%

Is Nirvana’s Non-alcoholic Lemon Lager Any Good?
Taste
As a fan of radler’s I had high expectations of this drink and I am pleased to say I was not disappointed. On first sip, you get an immediate taste of malty, bitter beer and this quickly combines with the crisp, refreshing and sweet lemon flavour resulting in a great non-alcoholic beer.
Aroma & Appearance
You get some classic shandy-esque aromas when you open a bottle of this beer. As you can see it pours out cloudy (as per the name) in the glass with a low froty head and tight carbonation.
