Well, the good news is that Alien Form by William Bros Brew certainly packs an IPA punch. I mean this really does go big on the fruity citrus, hoppy flavours. St Austell Brewery have knocked it out the park with their non-alcoholic IPA Proper Job. On first sip you are greeted by plenty of hoppy IPA flavours that really bring this beer to life. Thankfully, there is also a background of sweet malt that cuts through the bitterness creating a tasty non-alcoholic IPA indeed.

ROAR – non-alcoholic lion’s mane beer
ROAR was kind of ‘meh’ in terms of taste. Yes, it has some hoppy IPA flavours but I think they’ve focused more on the additional ingredients rather than trying to create a well-rounded, refreshing IPA; to be honest there are a lot better ones out there.

Bristol Beer Factory’s Clear Head is a refreshing alcohol-free IPA that not only tastes good but also ‘does’ good (with a percentage of the proceeds going to charity, Talk Club). Certainly a beer I’ll be having again in the future.

Non-alcoholic Jaipur IPA
Non-alcoholic Jaipur is a pretty decent IPA with plenty of hoppiness thanks to the six different varieties of hops used in its brewing. Personally, I would have preferred a bit more body to this beer and it was a tad watery but overall a good effort by Thornbridge.

Brewdog’s alcohol-free Elvis wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. On the first sip there are some interesting grapefruit and citrus flavours but I found there to be a lack of hops and malty notes that I would associate with a classic IPA.

Lucky Saint Hazy IPA Review
This non-alcoholic IPA by Lucky Saint manages to capture the essence of a traditional IPA, proving that you don’t need alcohol to enjoy the bold flavors associated with the style. With a bitter hoppy background balanced with sweet malty flavours this is certainly one of the best IPA drinks I’ve reviewed.
