ROAR was kind of ‘meh’ in terms of taste. Yes, it has some hoppy IPA flavours but I think they’ve focused more on the additional ingredients rather than trying to create a well-rounded, refreshing IPA; to be honest there are a lot better ones out there.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I opened up a can of NuWave but I really liked it. The flavour was quite unique; probably due to the many different botanicals and biotics added. End of the day, did I feel more chilled out and sociable than normal? Not really, but this was still a tasty, crisp non-alcoholic lager I enjoyed drinking.

I had high expectations of this non-alcoholic cider given Galipette’s pedigree and thankfully I wasn’t disappointed. This is one of the best non-alcoholic ciders I’ve had, full of refreshing semi-sweet, tart flavours. Carbonation was also spot on and polishing off a bottle didn’t have me feeling full afterwards.

Both Picoso Spicy Sodas were tasty, refreshing and truly unique in their flavour profile. I was a bit hesitant when I read the spicy ingredients used but it’s not overwhelming and overall the drink is well balanced between spice and fruit flavours. If you are looking for something a bit different to accompany a meal then Picoso is a great shout.

The good news is that this Eisberg Cabernet Sauvignon wine is better than their Merlot with some interesting berry flavours. The bad news is it is not as good as some of the other non-alcoholic reds and most significantly it lacks body and is a bit too watery for my liking.
