I am pleased to say that Carl Jung alcohol-free sparkling wine was pretty good and reminiscent of a dry prosecco. You get a dry, crisp mouthful with some background peach and apple notes. The carbonation was also spot on and it wasn’t overall gassy. Overall, a decent non-alcoholic wine from a well-known producer.

When you pop open a bottle of Carl Jung wine expect a noseful of sparkling citrus notes. In the glass it has a light white wine colour with a light carbonation.
