If, like me you’ve not come across Tepache before let me enlighten you. In effect, Tepache is a fermented beverage made with pineapple and a blend of different spices and sugar originating from Mexico.
A couple of clever chaps from Brooklyn, New York saw the opportunity in launching a probiotic drink, one suitable for the non-alcoholic market and as such Tepache Gold was created.
There are three different flavours to choose from including mango, traditional and a wellness blend. Each has its own unique blend of ingredients that can be used to create a variety of mocktails.
As a probiotic, this falls under the range of non-alcoholic drinks with added benefits. Currently, I can see Tepache Gold is available only in the US but when it lands in Europe I will try and get hold of a can.
